Rail is usually very playful and all smiles and whatnot, but underneath he is terrifying enough to make Commander think twice about being even in the same room as him, and Commander is a hard person to instill fear into to begin with because they’ve seen some shit. However, it’s incredibly difficult to ever bring this side of Rail out ever because he’s usually very content with his surroundings and is hardly ever angered.

If he were to ever wish to be seen as a threat, he could very well do so and is more than capable of taking down Solomon and Commander to control Ignobilis himself. (Considering Solomon is an absolute goofball and a weakling, hence as to why Commander protects him. Commander’s skills are rather expected and he relies a lot on force and strength.)

But he isn’t fond of the royal life, of course, so the chances of such happening is small.

Ever having to critically harm Commander, however, is another matter. Rail expects it to happen some time, but until then, he’ll settle on allowing Commander to be the main source to feed his masochism.
