“Mm?” The android’s words caught his attention, gaze lifting from the tablet on his lap so emerald hues could meet the other’s. Rail’s head canted a bit, contemplating how to respond while a hand lifted to scratch at his head a little. “Well, doesn’t that go without saying? You’re not entirely good because of that virus of yours I’ve been told about, but you look like you try your best.”

“It’s not like you need to convince me or anything, Maxi.” Nope, the programmer didn’t particularly understand what the greenette meant by that.

A soft chuckle bubbled up the male’s throat at the blonde’s words, patting her gently on her back as she leaned into him, taking in her slurred words with a crooked smile.

                            Yes, well, that was most certainly obvious, wasn’t it?

“I can see that.” Rail responded. “Comeeee on, I think ya had enough for one day. Where are you staying tonight?”

There was a moment of silence then, followed by a curious cant of the male’s head. “Rika? What’s a Rika?” Ah well, he doesn’t have anything better to do.

There was a quiet ‘oof’ that bubbled up the male’s throat at the sudden weight on his back. His coffee nearly spilled from the cup he had brought to his lips, emerald hues blinking in genuine surprise (for once) before he set the drink back down on his desk and turned his head enough to catch the blonde that had her arms wrapped around his neck and smiling coyly at him.

Hmm, that was odd. No one came down here unless it was Commander.

“Ya almost made me spill my coffee there, sweetheart. Woulda been bad if I got it on my computer, you know.”
